Randy Thomas

Randy is a Security Industry Professional, retired US Army Ranger and experienced leader with over 30 years of developmental, proven ability to lead workforce development, manage change and serve as an adviser to corporate and senior leadership. 

As a Security Consultant and Licensed Private Investigator, Randy possess a diverse background in intelligence operations, security consulting, organizational development, process improvement, and project/case management. 

He has an extensive history leading small to large sized teams of Intelligence Professionals provided decades of knowledge in Open Source Intelligence, Threat Analysis, Targeting, Corporate & Residential Physical Security, Electronic Countermeasures, Workplace Violence Prevention, Executive/Close Protection, and Investigations. Experience includes solution & strategy design, project coordination, team leadership & development, policy design & implementation, along with my ability to use technology to expand my reach. 

His focus moving forward is on Business Management and Organizational Effectiveness through facilitating improved security practices, project/case management, and product offering expansion/development. 

Randy's determination and commitment are supported by military training, 18+ years working within US Special Operations Forces organizations, a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies, and an Executive Certificate in Business Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
